- Anteckning: Of the above coins only the didr. of Gela, 1 didr. of Acragas, and one mid-fifth cent. tetradr. of Syracuse appear to be genuine ancient coins; the remainder are modern forgeries. Presumably a hd. was discovered; otherwise there seems no point to this elaborate exercise
